Our History
|
In 1909, David Sugarman founded his law
firm in Syracuse on a simple philosophy: truly understand
every client, listen to their unique needs and goals,
and represent them ethically and aggressively. He applied
that philosophy in the courtroom. David Sugarman was a
commanding presence in the courtroom and as his reputation
for excellence, unquestionable honesty and skill spread,
he became known as Central New York's "Dean of Trial Attorneys".
Throughout our firm's long history,
Sugarman Law Firm has been guided by David Sugarman's
straightforward and effective philosophy. Our
attorneys spend time getting to know and understand

Today, the firm continues to work tirelessly to honor
